Services consist of scheduled instructional time, access to described lab environments for the published duration, and documented asynchronous channels when explicitly included. We do not operate participant production systems, hold production credentials, or guarantee specific business outcomes from training.

We may suspend access for abusive behavior toward staff or participants, repeated attempts to compromise shared lab infrastructure, or non-payment. You may stop attending at any time; refund eligibility follows the Cancellation Policy. Either party may terminate a custom engagement for material breach with written notice where contract law permits cure periods.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise for a private enterprise engagement. Courts located in Seoul shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to mandatory consumer protections that may designate a different venue for individual consumers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClusterForge Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of training materials or lab environments. Aggregate liability for direct damages arising from negligence proven in a final judgment shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Participants must provide accurate enrollment information, follow lab safety instructions, respect confidentiality of other attendees’ stories and architectures shared verbally, and comply with acceptable use policies posted in the learning hub. You must not introduce malware, attempt privilege escalation outside exercises, or scrape cohort directories.

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, widespread connectivity failures, or government orders. We will propose alternate dates or virtual delivery where feasible.
